How NOT to Shoot Off-Road Racing

Want to shoot off-road racing from a creative perspective under a vehicle flying through the air? You should probably get permission to deploy some remote cameras. You probably shouldn’t crouch in a dip on the track and wait for racers to whiz past above your head.

But that’s exactly what one smartphone-wielding racing fan did, as seen in this short video uploaded by Offroad Tijuana:

After a close call with a slow-moving racer, the guy abandoned his position and retreated to the safety of the fan zone. He’s lucky: the whole thing could have ended very, very badly.
