The video covers rule of thirds, zooming with your feet, panorama mode, HDR, tap to focus, exposure compensation, AE/AF lock, and not using the built-in flash.
You’ve probably learned these things before if you’ve done photography with an iPhone for any length of time, but hopefully these pointers will be helpful to some of you who are just starting out.
