infltr, short for “infinite filters”, enables you to apply millions of filters to your media with a tap. The latest update enables GIF editing, making it the first app to feature editing of all 4 media types in one package.
The app offers a simple way to apply filters, applying them in real-time with a swipe of the finger. There are 7 million filters in the app according to the developer, and you can add your favorites to a collection for later use.
The infltr developers have clearly been hard at work since we wrote about the $2 app back in 2015. The latest update also adds new adjustment and transform tools for all media types, allowing users to adjust saturation, brightness, contrast, filter intensity, crop, rotate, straighten, flip horizontally, flip vertically and change perspective horizontally & vertically.
These adjustments can be combined with the filters to create custom presets, which can then be applied across a series of videos, photos, and gifs.
infltr has receive Apple’s Editor’s Choice and Best New App award in over 150 countries. It’s available on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, and can be found in the App Store for $2.
